The other day I had my first taste of Egyptian food - I tried the koshary by @kosharykitchen , a classic street food dish. The mix of rice, lentils and pasta, topped with a flavourful tomato sauce, dressed with some garlic vinegar and crispy fried onions, along with some tender chicken totally had me digging for more.
