#AFPrepost @washingtonpost ? @jeff_pachoud - Corine Remande was hit by an errant Brooks Koepka tee shot last Friday at the Ryder Cup and now says doctors have told her she’s lost sight in her right eye. Remande, 49, had traveled from Egypt to France with her husband to attend the event but she was struck by Koepka’s drive on the sixth hole. She said she had suffered a “fracture of the right socket and the explosion of the eyeball." Remande is planning to take legal action against the Ryder Cup organizers and says they gave no warning that the tee shot was heading in her direction. “Yesterday was probably one of the worst days of my life,” Koepka told reporters Wednesday after learning of the extent of Remande’s injury.
