#TBT ?. In the world that most of us live in that is so fast paced and tech obsessed it is so rare to come across people that have never seen their moving reflection before, such as this lovely lady Sitma in her heirloom jewels made of solid silver and gold.
I was introduced to Sitma a few months ago which you might have seen in my previous posts. She was a strong character and very determined not to sell me any of her beautiful handmade woven textiles to me, (another refreshing rarity) but did give me one of her waxed cotton leg cuffs as a gift.
After seeing herself on camera she contemplated on her self image as she said “looking for my beauty but not find anymore” then proceeded to ask me why on earth do we funny people have such things. “Not good for soul, not good for husband, children?
