◆‪9/29(土) am9:20～am9:30‬の間にユナイテッド アローズ原宿本店へお集まりいただいたお客様を対象に、
①ユナイテッドアローズグループの
「ご本人様ご登録済みのハウスカードのご提示」または「ご本人様ご登録済みのハウスカードアプリのご提示」
② ①と併せて、ご本人様確認書類（免許証・パスポート・学生証・保険証・住基カード いずれか）をご提示の上、ご案内順を決める抽選を実施致します。
※在留カードは受付不可となります。
※抽選当日のハウスカード作成及び入会は不可となります。
◆抽選完了次第、番号順に再度整列いただき、順次ご案内を開始致します。
整列時ご不在の場合は最後尾でのご案内となります。
ご案内前に再度ご本人様確認を実施致します。ご本人様確認の際に、
①ハウスカードのご登録情報
②ご本人確認書類の情報
が異なる場合はご案内・ご購入をお断りさせていただきます。
◆お1人様につき、各色1点ずつご購入いただけます。
◆数に限りあるため、抽選にご参加頂いてもご購入頂けない可能性が御座います。
◆お会計はお1人につき1回のみ、複数名おまとめでのお会計はお断り致します。
◆ご本人様以外のクレジットカード及びパスポート、ハウスカードの利用はお断り致します。店内での金銭受け渡しが発覚した際は、ご当選を無効とさせて頂きます。
