International artistic director, @uchiideafb, creates a ‘60s-inspired look reflecting @アツシナカシマ’s 2019 S/S collection theme: “revival.” The key to the look is the combination of bold eyes with soft colors to compliment the face. Using lasting soft gel pencil, accentuate the double-lid line in addition to a defined upper and lower lash line for a classical ‘60s look.
