Today’s Glute & hamstring session with Evil Steve! Lighter weights then usual but for me, but more reps and focusing more on tempo. Evil Steve always switches up my training, not only to see results but to keep me mentally challenged too which I love!
A1. Barbell RDL
A2. Hamstring curl
6 sets, 6 reps
B1. Hypertension
B2. Walking lunges
B3. Ski erg for 10 cals
Again, 6 sets, 6 reps.
Safe to say my ass & legs are on fire! But that’s a good thing right ?
