One of my new favorite places in Paris was @david_toutain. These days, I don’t go to as many fine dining restaurants and find it harder and harder to sit through a full tasting menu. But the cozy ambiance, perfectly portioned, and creatively done food here made it the best meal of my trip. From an almond milk with halibut to a beautiful bite with oysters and raspberries. Here’s the chocolates at the end of the meal. Merci chef!
