For our Artist’s Palate series, we invite a leading artist each month to share their favourite dish, which we construct and photograph. The recipe artist for our October issue is Ulla von Brandenburg, whose theatrical works have included a technicolour skateboard ramp for the Palais de Tokyo in 2012 and seven monumental stage curtains at this year’s Art Basel Hong Kong. In anticipation of a new project for @whitechapelgallery, titled ‘Sweet Feast’, she has offered us her mother’s default sugary nibble, the orangette. Read more via link in bio.
