Can’t forget this coffee I had in Fukuoka. They call it Dutch coffee. Water dripped slowly with mountain spring water. It’s actually light tasting; the foam reminds me of having matcha tea. The water is soft and pure it felt different on the pallet; I enjoyed it on another level. Unlike any coffee I’ve had before. Almost like enjoying the water more than the coffee? You have to try it!
