I am always trying out new styles on my clients and this one had to be shared! Using a 1 inch barrel curling iron, I begin by wrapping the hair in the barrel. I make sure I leave the ends out for a beachy, more lived in texture. When I unravel the curl, before releasing the clamp I make sure to gently tug on the hair to ensure that the curls are not too tight.

Let’s be clear, beachy doesn’t always have to be messy and frizzy. After I finished curling the hair, I raked through the hair with a little @KenraProfessional silkening gloss to diminish flyaways and add shine. Then I finish with Kenra’s Diamond deflect spray to not just hold her style but also protect her hair from the elements and pollution in the air.
