IG VS REALITY. This post is inspired by @officiallyquigley ⭐️ The first pic is me so genuinely smiling, happy, confident and truly loving myself fully. I love this shot because I love my smile! And the second pic was me yesterday right after a long long shower & bath, TRYING to smile. I took one to make myself feel better and refresh myself because I woke up so extremely discouraged and I didn’t adore myself at all. Like where was the happy and confident AikA? If you watched my story yesterday you know I posted “Ughhh Someone plz stop me. I keep comparing myself. I feel damn. I feel not adequate enough. I hate myself when I am doing this. Help. ?” yes, desperately in need of help..

But both pics are still ME. In the post of Quigley, she said “the secret to success is finding love and confidence to share ALL of yourself with the world.” So I was inspired to share the REAL me, totally vulnerable and raw towards myself via stories.. I got emotional and ended up crying so much, but so glad I was able to do so because it turned out to be the moment I was sharing with y’all one of the best & buggiest achievements of my life! ( Yesss! I got an official working permission card from the immigration office! ✨?) I felt like I was able to connect with you on a deeper level, my precious followers aka my IG fam.
Instagram isn’t a real world nor life. I shouldn’t compare myself with others and of course you shouldn’t either!! I was reminded that I am so unique, so different and beautiful with my own flaws! THANK YOU for reminding me of that & LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH - DAISUKI ??
