this feels late. but it's suicide prevention week . And I think about the ups and downs I deal with which can be magnified as an artist.. the ups are really high and the lows can be very low - but to be a young person these days its even rougher and more difficult to love yourself with all the distractions (especially online and places like this right here on Instagram) and the distorted perceptions of what you are supposed to be or do or aspire for .. It takes lot of work to be ok with yourself and a lot people don't realize that .. ive lied to myself sometimes and just supplement that by staying so busy(with lots of useless thing) so I don't have time to confront it inside of me.
I've learned to deal with love and honesty with myself and be try the best way to be humble and content but deal -Always deal with love with everyone else. Remember everyone is just one breath away from leaving us forever so make sure they know the real love you have for them .
