Had to get in & out of the gym today but got to film a quick lil circuit on the Leg Extension machine!
I know a lot of times there are busy gyms & you can’t access all the equipment SO i thought this would be cool to show 3 different movements you can do on the LE to hit gluteus, quads, & abductors!

CIRCUIT
🍑 Abductor movement 15 reps per leg
🍑 Hip thrusts! 15-20 reps
🍑 Good ol leg extensions 15 reps or even try single leg and do 15 per leg!
Repeat 3-4 times
