Wanted to share this with you guys today. Been working on being okay with being alone. It’s Something thats always been hard for me to do. I grew up in a family of seven and being around people is something I inherently love. But I think it’s important that we learn to spend time with ourselves (thoughts/feelings). It’s important that we like who we see in the mirror... I mean it’s not like you can get away from them! Maybe tag a *mate (since I’m in Australia) that could use this today.
