COBRA vs G-SHOCK

今年で40周年となる『コブラ』で一世を風靡し、新たな表現に挑戦し続けているデジタルマンガのパイオニアであるアーティスト寺沢武一氏と、 「Absolute Toughness」というブランドコンセプトのもと、飽くなきタフネスを追求し進化を続け35周年を迎えた「G-SHOCK」が夢の共演。
9月14日に発売されるニューモデル「GLACIER GOLD」はスケルトンとGOLDが印象的なモデル。『コブラ』に登場する「クリスタルボーイ」もまた、GOLDの超合金とスケルトンのライブクリスタル （特殊偏光ガラス）の強靭な肉体を持つサイボーグ。コブラ最大の宿敵であり「Absolute Toughness」を体現するようなキャラクターです。
スケルトンとGOLDをまとった2つの「Absolute Toughness」のコラボレーション・アートワークがここに誕生。

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of when "Cobra" took the world by storm, Buichi Terasawa, a pioneer of digital manga who continues to create new forms of expression, and G-SHOCK, who has pursued unstoppable toughness for 35 years, create a dream collaboration based off of the G-SHOCK concept "Absolute Toughness."
The new model "Glacier Gold" that will be released on September 14th, is impressive with its gold and transparency. The "Crystal Boy" that appears in "Cobra" is also made of gold and transparency, because he is
a cyborg with a tough body made of gold super alloy and transparent live crystal (special polarizing glass). He is a character that embodies "Absolute Toughness" and is Cobra's arch enemy.
Two "Absolute Toughness" collaboration artworks featuring gold and transparency will be born here.
