I hope you all realize how wonderful, amazing, beautiful you are. It took me many years of self discovery to feel just ok to be me, to allow my voice to be heard, to share from my heart without the inner judgements. It wasn’t an easy path but one I wouldn’t change a bit. And I still remember the day I realized it was more than ok to be me...where I was immensely grateful for who I am...quirks and all....especially the quirks. I began to take the very best care of myself and in doing so, take the best care of others. I saw myself through a new lens...a lens of love ?
