Today is #worldpcosday. I recently came out publicly about my battles with #pcos and was met with so much support from fellow PCOS warriors, that I started my own group @pcos_sisterhood where we share and talk about all sorts of things connected with our shared disorder. We also make these “membership cards” that I share for everyone to learn about each other’s personal experiences. (Inspired by @jameelajamilofficial’s @i_weigh movement)
