Today I found myself feeling bad about myself as I scrolled through instagram comparing myself to other women. It’s easy to do when you see flawless people on Social Media. I immediately got off and instead of thinking negatively about myself I looked in the mirror and told myself “Im beautiful and worthy” I then began to think If I felt that way I know other women and men would think and feel the same way. So I decided to take a selfie after that moment with no makeup, no editing.. just me. So if you haven’t reminded yourself or no one has told you today.. I wanted to tell you that You’re BEAUTIFUL! ?
