Damn. So, I posted this on my IG Story not too long ago and wanted to share it on here. That photo on the left was when I first started playing with Sirens. The other was taken recently. When I look at these side-by-side photos, obviously I think about the weight I lost, but more importantly, I think about where I was mentally at the time. I definitely think about those mental changes more, to be honest. I realize that all the junk food, booze, and general crap I was putting into my body affected me just as much on a mental & emotional level, as it did physically. When you feed your body proper nutrients, it affects your everyday performance. Your brain functions differently. Your heart & your muscles function differently. You’re not bogged down. And when you’re not dragging ass, you’re more prone to do something active & keeping yourself moving. I preach so much about @detoxorganics because it’s done so much for me. It’s just a part of my everyday routine when I’m home & when I’m on tour. No if’s, and’s, or but’s about it. Keep your insides clean.. your body & mind will thank you later.
