39 weeks pregnant vs. 1 week postpartum. This has been the easiest recovery of the four & I totally accredit that to exercising 5 days a week throughout my last pregnancy & eating a (mostly) healthy diet ????‍♀️????? I’ve lost 8.3kg of the 9.4kg I gained and have been breastfeeding, wearing the Belly Bandit, walking daily & eating lots of healthy whole foods...with a Krispy Kreme donut or two thrown in for good measure ?? I use Bio-oil daily to help fade my stretch marks and it seems to be working so far ?? I used @lucywyndhamread’s prenatal workouts throughout my pregnancy and followed @michellemariefit for healthy recipe ideas! If you’re pregnant and feeling discouraged, please don’t be! You can change how you feel about yourself by implementing a few simple things I’ve mentioned here... ❤️ Also remember a woman’s body is amazing and can do incredible things. I thought my tummy was ruined and would never look the same again, yet I actually love my postpartum belly more than ever because of what it did for me 4 times over. ???? (p.s.
