We happily present a sweet frozen treat that dates back to 16th century India. ?? @meerasodha's Cardamom & Rose Water Kulfi was a shoo-in for our upcoming #GeniusDesserts cookbook due to its rich and ever-so-slightly caramelly flavor, and shockingly swift and simple assembly. It has just enough cardamom and rosewater wafting through to make you feel serene, without reminding you of bath products. ?♀️ @miglorious couldn't resist adding rose petals and pistachios to the bottom of the pops, because texture(!) and excitement(!), but you could easily leave it out or add another crunch doo-dad of your choice. ?
