Alberto Giacometti and Francis Bacon were friends and rivals, and this exhibition explores their relationship. Although their respective artistic oeuvres differ greatly at first glance, the exhibition reveals commonalities and amazing parallels between them.

The exhibition has been organized by the Fondation Beyeler in cooperation with the Fondation Alberto et Annette Giacometti, Paris.
