At DINERS CLUB France Restaurant Week 2018, I will make a vegan desserts collaboration with Jessica Prealpato, pastry chef of ALAIN DUCASSE au Plaza Athenee. I’m so proud of this opportunity to participate in this honored food event. It’s like a dream come true for me. For the GALA dinner at HOTEL NEW OTANI, I will entertain more than 300 guests with a dessert based on the recipe of my teacher, Mr. Haruo Okada.
