Let's make homemade ground beef stuffed bell peppers with a white cheddar cheese drizzle! ?

1. Clean and cook whole bell peppers, uncovered in boiling water for about 5 minutes; dry well.
2. Slice bell peppers in half and scoop out seeds and sprinkle any seasoning of your choice.
3. Cook ground beef until it is a quarter of the way done, in about 8 minutes.
4. Stuff ground beef into bell peppers and pull out your handy dandy Steam + Grill ♨️
5. Place stuffed bell peppers on the Steam + Grill, add water to ridges, and cover for 3 minutes.
6. Drizzle melted white cheddar cheese over and finish!
