2 years ago today, I had the absolute best moment of my life so far. Representing Great Britain at an Olympic Games was an honour. Competing against the best in the world was a privilege. And winning an Olympic Silver medal for everyone who has supported me along the way was a dream come true. I will always remember the incredible feeling of finishing my routine in the final, knowing I had given 100% and that it was the best routine I could have performed. I will never forget the emotions I felt when I realised I had won a medal and was going to be stood on an Olympic Podium.

During my time in Rio (and the few weeks leading up to it) I took a GoPro with me and I have finally (with a massive amount of help from my housemate @kieranjbentley ) put together the footage into a short* video so that I can share with you a little more of my journey and experience at the Olympics.
