Thank you for the out pouring of solidarity on my post this morning. I wish you all lived on my street and we could all be like the olden days popping in to each other's houses and the children playing outside!
So, it's been ok! We got out early (always the key), did some crafts, played outside a bit, Pearl napped and now I've put on my 5 star chef hat, made red pesto pasta that I'm allowing her to eat at the coffee table in front of the TV.

Quite often during the week I spend the day alone with the girls but the routine of baby groups, work calls, school run and errands seem to make it a lot easier. I'm not down or moaning (it's been a lovely chill day) but I just think there's this weird air at the weekend where you feel if you're not wafting round a national trust house or being a badass at a family festival then you're not living! Ha! I'm waffling! How's your days been baes? X
