Hundreds of people are trapped on a volcano on the popular Indonesian tourist island of Lombok, after a devastating earthquake killed at least 14 people. There were an estimated 820 people on Mount Rinjani when the 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck on Sunday. Many have already been evacuated but a rescue team set off on Monday morning to help the remaining hikers -- including special military, police and medical teams.
