I had serious doubts about our ability to pull this off. Our first LA restaurant. No one had even heard of Naud street before. This is a photo of the space in 2015. I was filled with a mixture of fear and excitement. Seemed like an incredibly bad idea which is exactly why we signed the lease.
Over the next 3 years the project grew in scope and we started building a team who believed that it could be a special place to eat. (We even got someone to come out of culinary retirement!). So I’m incredibly proud of the whole @Majordomola team to be recognized as one of the nations best new restaurants by @eater @bill_addison.
We know it’s a marathon and that the tortoise wins the race. We have a lot of work to do and many things to improve upon. But it’s nice to step back and see how far we’ve come and recognize that it’s been an incredible team effort. Thank you for all the support ✌?#allin
