this was unbelievable experience that changed my whole perspective on... myself ✺
I used to think I wouldn’t be able to jump... I couldn’t sleep that morning being nervous and anxious... ...but have you ever heard “worry is a misuse of imagination”?
While going up I tried my best to focus on the positive, I used my imagination in a constructive way possible.
There were moments I almost freaked out, and then closed my eyes, breathed in and calmed down again.
I felt so in control over my mind and imagination that the fear couldn’t shut me up anymore- it woke me up instead ❀ #skydive #skydivehawaii @oahuparachutecenter
