A big THANK YOU to #kellysconsciouskitchen and @eatpaleta for getting me kicked off on my 2018 “toning up” body goals. This meal plan is so delicious- have a look at what I’ve been eating this week. #eatpaleta has taken the guesswork out of what to eat while I’m working. When I go in ‘writing mode’ I tend to hole up and forget to eat. Then suddenly I realize I’m starving and I’ll binge whatever is easiest to grab in the fridge. It feels amazing to be able to focus on my work and know I can grab something on the fly and it’s going to be exactly what my body needs. Thank you so much Kelly! @kellysconsciouskitchen
