@sherriesilver, the powerhouse dancer and choreographer made world-famous by her work in @childishgambino’s “This Is America” video, is only 23, but she's already danced for the Rwandan president in her home country before being recruited to choreograph Donald Glover’s video, a meditation on the United States’ complicated history with black art, racism, and guns. We asked her to demonstrate some of her favorite dance moves on the streets of Astoria in an exuberant video breaking down the Gwara Gwara, the Hipjook, the Neza, the Snakula, and the Shaku Shaku.
