Based on a real-life lecture given to a politics class of students in London, @jeremydeller’s ‘Everybody in The Place’ documentary on Acid House in London features unseen archive materials mapping the journey from protest movements to abandoned warehouse raves, the white heat of industry bleeding into the chaotic release of the dancefloor in the 80s. From the four-part film series #SecondSummerofLove in collaboration with @frieze_magazine, the documentary will be screened exclusively at the #GucciWooster cinema space in SoHo, New York from July 6-12.
