process: COLOR CORRECTION. I went through the whole head taking 1/2” diagonal sections & balayaged over the black band ONLY with @kenraprofessional simply blonde 20 vol 2:1 + @olaplex. i used my @framar brushes so i could feather very lightly TO the line of demarcation not OVER it. once it was all on i reapplied to keep it from drying out since i was air processing (no foils). after 15 minutes we washed & glazed with 8V. where the black band was had lifted to a level 7 with a slight copper hue so we did a root smudge with 6N + 8GN (green) to blend with her natural, cover the warmth & create a nice gradient to her ends (level 10). BOOM. BLENDED ?? i told her now that we have a clean canvas (no band, good blend) at her next appointment we will be able to do a regular balayage service to bring up the blonde. for now she is rocking this gorgeous deep rooted look ?
