I think it’s absolutely astonishing that more people on this earth deal with mental Health issues then EVER before and NOBODY wants to talk about it due to fear of being judged. As somebody who has spent many years facing mental health issues such as depression and anxiety , I couldn’t be more honored to be partnering my fitness company @strongandsexyfit with the @ejdfoundation with the goal of raising 25,000$ for a veteran in need of a service dog ! Fitness and Both of my dogs have had such a huge impact on my life and I know that without them my depression would be much more frequent and severe !
