I hate posting pictures of myself of Instagram. I have hidden behind my kids or a pretty view for YEARS. It makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable to put myself out there to be judged and criticized. ⠀

Yes, I was on tv for years and people judged me all the time (that’s an entirely different post for another day) but there is something about reading cruel comments on your own feed that is unnerving. ⠀

I’m not perfect. I’m not a 19 year old Instagram “model”. But I’m learning that it’s okay. And I’m also learning that I’m not the only person who struggles with this same fear. I know there are several of you reading who feel that they aren’t “good enough” to put themselves out there. I’m making a pact right now to ignore the fear and share more of my REAL story. And if I can do it, so can you! ⠀
