Ingredients:
?1 - rib eye steak
-Sauce:
?1 - Asian Pear
?2 tbsp -Flavorgod Gingerbread Seasoning
?1 - brown onion
?3 - garlic cloves
?1/3 cup - soy sauce
?1/4 cup - water
?1/4 cup - sesame oil
?3 - scallions / cut into 1 inch pieces

?Cut rib eye in thin slices. ( slightly freezing the meat makes it easier to cut thin.
?Make sauce, add all ingredients above (except steak & scallions) into blender.
?blend ingredients into fine purée. (If necessary add a bit of water to make more of liquid marinade.)
?Next add marinade, scallions,sliced steak into ziplock bag. Refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.
When cooking shake off excess marinade and cook on grill or in pan.
?Cook steak till desired wellness.
