Of all the places we’ve been this trip, Valldemossa on Majorca might be my favorite. I can see why Chopin was so inspired here. The mountains, the air, the overgrown lemon grove next door, the well maintained orange trees on the terraced hill, the old town itself, the people, the olive oil...if I can convince my NYC bride, this is where you’ll find me when I’m old.
