Hi guys, I’ve shared some of my feelings today on my story about the American political situation. There is something we can do to be helpful, use our voices & the power we have that others have had taken away from them. Write to the companies profiting from coordinating these camps. There must be a record of voices fighting to change these torture methods. I argue with myself about whether we have the power to change anything at all when I’m feeling low but I realize that is a privilege in itself. We have freedom & power to use our voices and send messages across the globe! Feel free to copy my letter exactly. Make your voice heard! Collectively we can show that we do not support this inhumane torture. I believe there needs to be a record in history that we fought against these regimes. That’s something we can actually do. That’s the only way I can be there for those kids sleeping in cages tonight & the parents who don’t know how long they will be imprisoned for and when they will see their children again.
