So recently I got some weird messages from even weirder weirdos telling me to stop training my upper body because I’m “losing my femininity”

first, huh lmao?? 🧐 🤔 🤯 second, I don’t like using my platform to rant, but a lesson can be learned here:

and it’s simple. ladies, DO ! WHAT ! YOU ! PLEASE ! If you want to train legs more than your upper body, do that! If you want to train upper body more, then do that! There’s no such thing as a one-size fits all training program nor is there a universally accepted physique for both men and women. we all stem from different places and different goals. For me - I want an all around developed body with a focus on my glutes and shoulders. that’s just my preference🌻

but I do recall a time when I felt insecure about having a built upper body when I’d read messages like that - but now, I’m proud of the body I built💜! I even have my very own gun show which may be coming to a town near you!! *flexes* 💪🏼😉
