Even though I am not a part of Vitesse anymore, Vitesse will always be a part of me. Thank you Arnhemmers for making me the person I am today and for giving me the best years of my life. Saying goodbye was never a part of my plan, but I had to accept that all good things come to an end.
I hope you understand that choosing to experience something new, doesn’t mean I care any less about you or Vitesse. You are forever in my heart and nothing will ever change that.
Because there are too many people I want to thank, I can’t thank you all individually here.
To all the amazing staff in the club who have been a part of my life in Vitesse: I will miss you. Nothing of what I achieved here would have been possible without you.
And most of all, to the most important people in Arnhem, the Vitesse supporters. I will never be able to thank you enough for what you have given me in these 8 years. No matter where I go in the world, for the rest of my life, I will always keep Vitesse in my heart. You, the club and the city, will always be a part of me.
