She is the poor soul who has taken it upon herself to drag my sorry arse back into CrossFit.
She is one of the top 10 female CrossFit champions ever. She scares me. Please don’t tell her.. The second picture is of my @dexabody scan. I have to be honest I was hoping for a little less than 17.5% body fat but I guess that’s why I’m doing this... because I hate hate hate cardio. With a burning scorching passion. And those little pockets of love handleage that I can’t get rid of are the results of many years and many vats of glorious beer and ale and cheese and pie.
So we are off. I have a scan again in a month ?
