Today is 'Superman Day' so I've been holding back this one from the Strokkur Geysir in Iceland for today. That country will always be one of my favourite destinations & doing the ring road with friends last year was such a blast. On the trip we stayed at Hotel Rangá (@hotelranga) which was one of the very best hotel experiences I've ever had. Imagine a retreat nestled in the Icelandic landscape, with log-cabin style rooms, hot tubs by the river, a secluded upstairs bar and a riverside restaurant that comes with the tastiest seasonal menu and a slightly eccentric manager who politely interrupts your meal to inform you that "the northern lights are dancing" just outside! #Iceland #KnowIceland #SmallLuxuryHotels
