Maybe this is a clear sign of nesting but it felt SO GOOD to finally go through my entire wardrobe and clear out the old…My body has gone through a myriad of changes and this time around I want to be in a place where I can embrace the rush of the roller coaster without being afraid of my hat falling off. Even though it’s an overwhelming process seeing the sheer quantity of all my stuff, it’s also a therapeutic reminder that it needs to be a daily habit to hold close what sparks joy and let go of what burdens us, especially through times of change.
