Day 1! New programming, new training volume, new training schedule/frequency- I’m excited!

I get asked a lot “what changed” as far as my training or mental game goes from last year to this year seeing a momentum shift for me - and one of those things was putting myself in a position to train at any place, at any time, under any circumstance and adapt to get my work done instead of make excuses. Not only this… but finding a way to stay positive when the training environment or situation is less than ideal. Instead of “my legs are so tired from walking all weekend that my lifts feel like ass” I have changed that thought process in to “my lifts are pretty good considering my legs feel like ass from walking all weekend” . . . perspective is everything. Also, training with @vasily_polovnikov & @sembinov.rufat is always fun ?
