A big thank you for these lovely candles to the women of Project Free Period! I am so proud of this bold and brilliant initiative. Unlike you and I, commercial sex workers look forward to their periods as that’s the only time they’re not forced to work. #ProjectFreePeriod is a small step in helping these women get out of the exploitative sex trade by teaching them vocational skills on their period days so that they can earn a living outside of the sex trade. Kudos to @stayfreeindia for looking at periods so differently and helping commercial sex workers realise their #DreamsOfProgress
