Well, while we all wait for @nbc to make up their minds,?, who says we can’t do some good...?...? -?link in bio?- There is an effort in Croatia to save The Drava River from the construction of two large hydropower plants which would irretrievably destroy the most conserved Drava river ecosystems and would have a direct negative impact on the local population and natural and cultural heritage of Podravina region in Croatia. The Drava River is one of the last natural rivers in Europe... with today’s options of wind and solar electricity production, and modernization of old hydropower plants and infrastructure I’m sure we can find a better and less devastating solutions.
