I think I’m slowly mastering the art of getting in way over my head and figuring things out the hard way. I’m currently out in the Midwest storm chasing with friends @krystlejwright @skiparmstrong @nampix @tobypike and I’m just going to go on record and say that it’s pretty damn rowdy. If I could give anyone a piece of advice that wants to ever do this it’s to BRING EYE PROTECTION. The sand in the foreground here is nothing compared to the full on sand blasting you take as you hold position in nuking high winds! We all had our eyes wrecked yesterday as the wind destroyed everything in its path, blackening the sky with sand. We’re just warming up here and can’t wait for what’s ahead!
