to be honest, I’ve gained some weight recently, with lots of celebrating and having fun with friends 😅 but it’s okay to indulge sometimes! I’ve stopped worrying about gaining a few pounds (for whatever reason) because that weight comes & goes, I can lose it just like I can gain it. 💪🏻 Don’t be too hard on yourself, indulge in moderation, and take care of yourself ❤️ you only have one body - so be appreciative of it, whether it be at your ideal weight or not 😊
