A gram of protein no matter it's source is still a gram of protein. Though different protein sources do offer various benefits. Salmon is a great source of Selenium. Just one of the many anti inflammatories it is packed with! Tuna is the beef of the sea! By that I mean it is the seafood highest in iron. Edamame is a whole food source soy protein plus it counts as a veggie for the day! Finally of course you have to have these protein sources with some carbs to aid in protein synthesis as I went with white rice. Go out, enjoy yourself and don’t be afraid to ask for it to be made exactly how you need and want it. Remember that a variety of foods is key and picking the right ones that fit your macro nutrient goals will ultimately fuel your body and get you the best results possible. Start making better choices, walk into the gym and every day life prepared and start seeing results at a much faster rate.
