《已读不回》 Blue Tick is probably one of the most challenging projects I've ever done. After 2 months of non-stop filming, it's finally over! I'm truly honoured to be part of this first collaboration between Mediacorp @toggle_sg and ViuTV. It'll all be worthy!
It's definitely one of the best scripts I've read. The twists after twists will be great treat for our audience. Crafting my performance accordingly to the constant twists in the plot was a challenge. The countless 18-hours shoots were a test of my physical and mental stamina, I thought I would not pull through but I did. I thought the unfamiliarity of the Cantonese language would make it a stiff fight but I survived and learned it. Working with a new cast and production team whom I knew none, now I've group of new friends who are equally passionate and prideful in their work. 我做到了!
It's such an inspiring experience! In short, with perseverance and passion, everything is possible. When 'thrown' in unknown waters, you will realize how powerful human beings really are. We just naturally learn to survive and excel, and surprise ourselves how much more we can push our boundaries.
What an enriching experience and a surprisingly fun journey which I've made many friends! Life is so beautiful!
